Guilford Generals Lacrosse empowers young athletes by delivering elite coaching, character-driven mentorship, and meaningful competition. Our mission is to build complete players—skilled, resilient, and team-focused—while proudly representing Guilford County and inspiring a lifelong passion for the game.

About Us

Founded in 2014 by local coaches and parents, the Generals have grown from one U-13 squad to a multi-team travel program for boys and girls 10U through high school. We blend rigorous, position-specific training with a family atmosphere, valuing sportsmanship as much as scores. Teams compete in respected regional and national tournaments, earning college exposure, while year-round clinics and film work keep skills sharp. Certified staff—including former NCAA standouts—deliver personal instruction, academic support, and a clear recruiting roadmap. Our program operates on state-of-the-art turf and indoor facilities, with certified trainers overseeing speed, strength, and injury prevention. Community service, alumni mentorship, and grade-based accountability ensure athletes thrive on the field and in life.
